William Cockram, ARLA

Born and raised in Exeter, I have always had a keen interest in property. I am excited about the future of the local market, particularly with the growth of the university and Exeter’s development as a vibrant cultural city. My background in customer service and communications within the hospitality and leisure industries has equipped me with strong people skills, and I’m eager to further develop my expertise and problem-solving abilities alongside our experienced team. I am currently undertaking my Level 3 ARLA 

Propertymark qualification, further enhancing my knowledge and professionalism in property management.

Outside of work, I stay active at the local squash and racketball club, where I compete and volunteer as a junior squash coach and mentor. I also enjoy scuba diving and continuing to advance my PADI qualifications whenever I get the chance.
