Welcome to Star Student Lettings, Exeter’s Specialist Student Letting Agency. We have been letting, managing off-campus student accommodation in Exeter for over 20 years and we pride ourselves in being at the forefront of Exeter’s Student Housing sector. We offer a wide selection of student homes from studios to larger HMO properties.
Our aim is to provide a quality, professional service to both landlords and students. Our dedicated approach, specialist staff are experienced in all aspects of student property, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and the Article 4 direction; giving you peace of mind by offering a 5 star service. Our staff are either ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualified or currently in the process of taking their exams.
We are committed to providing a fantastic service assuring our clients can relax knowing that their homes are safe, compliant, comfortable with the secure knowledge that there are fair and transparent processes in place.
We are not a franchise or an online agency. We are a personable, family-owned business based in Exeter City Centre, established in 2001 and are voluntary members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA Propertymark). As members we are governed and follow the highest standards of conduct. We are also members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and The Property Ombudsman (TPO) (membership number D03603).
As a full member of ARLA Propertymark, we adhere to a strict code of practice, are backed by a client money protection scheme and ensure staff are kept fully informed of current legislation.
The Property Ombudsman is an independent, impartial body that can listen to any complaints and award financial compensation if needed. Members agree to abide by a rigorous code of practice.
